The problem I couldn't ignore
I spent eight years building technology for businesses — and I kept seeing the same problem. Business owners had all the right tools. CRM, accounting software, scheduling systems, marketing platforms. But each one lived in its own world. The data never connected.
The owner of a dental clinic couldn't see why their revenue dropped — their appointments were in one system, their billing in another, their patient reviews in a third. A CA firm couldn't identify their highest-value clients because their billing software didn't talk to their time-tracking tool. A restaurant chain owner was making decisions based on gut feel because their POS, ordering, and staffing tools had never been integrated.
The problem wasn't the tools. The problem was that nobody had built the bridge between them.
